  11. I have just purchased a new hard drive for my A1200, a 350MB conner drive and 
  12. after I had installed it the drive would not boot after a warm reset so I rang 
  13. technical support and they told me to cut a wire on the hard drive cable.  
  14. With the front of the machine facing me this wire was the nearest one to me 
  15. and was coloured red.  Can anyone tell me what this wire is usually used for??
